Great service!
Great hotel for our business trip. The reception staff in the mornings were very friendly throughout our stay and very helpful with whatever we needed.

2/10 Poor

They knew I am disabled and treated me if I could use my left leg without severe pain. I had to mo ask for help rmmto get my barks upstair They replied we don’t do that there is no staff after l4PM. I asked for a dolly limping along in pain. Then when the room was right next to elevator I had fire innmybeyes. How mean

I only would choose this place for location. Otherwise, there are some rough edges I just couldn’t think it is okay. For example, the shower was half broken, not enough charging port, and cleanliness around the room.

8/10 Very Good

It was clean and the staff what very nice, Luis was very nice also the young lady that was there was also very friendly. The older gentleman not so much, he was actually a bit short and rude. The room was clean and everything worked. I do Wish there was a microwave in the room it was a little inconvenient to run down to the lobby to warm up food. I would consider returning in the near future.

Would book again (maybe after lamp is replaced!)
My partner and I are overall very pleased with this hotel! Frankly we went in a little nervous based on some reviews we saw mentioning rude employees and bugs but we encountered neither. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfy and clean enough. The grout in the bathroom was maybe not 100% spotless and the window exterior was dirty but those things are minor and considering the fair price and great location we can’t complain. The hotel was easily walkable to food, drinks, and retail, but far enough so there wasn’t much street noise. Our only complaint is that the bedside table lamp (just one table and lamp for a king size bed) made a concerning buzzing sound and would flicker on and off. We ended up just not using it. But in the grand scheme of things it didn’t put a damper on our stay and I’d absolutely consider booking here again.

The lobby and facilities were nice, and as far as being in K-Town goes you could do worse. However, the sheets on our bed were consistently dirty and stained. I believe clean sheets and a clean room, above all else, should be the bare minimum. The the staff's credit when we asked for a change on the first day they did so quickly and added clean ones, but during our last night when they replaced them as part of their daily cleaning they were dirty again.

Shelter
For the most part very nice. Short walk to Korean town. 1 block is a nice restaurant and grocery store. Rooms are big. However, my view was into somebody's apartment with their balcony full of trash. No privacy curtains in room. WARNING: There is a $20 fee added on each night for reason unclear. This is not a resort. Probably would stay here again.

8/10 Very Good

This place is a comfortable place to stay and affordable as well. The downside is it’s in a sorta sketchy neighborhood (homeless people around). However there is taco places and a 711 within a couple blocks.

Be Flexible
If this hotel wants to keep its customers, it should be more flexible. Checkout time was 1130. I had an extenuating circumstance that maybe should have allowed me to stay in the room an hour longer during my stay, as many hotels will allow for. This hotel not only didn’t budge, but someone came up to my room at 1130 to kick me out of it. Water in the shower was not 100% hot either. Choose someplace else to stay. LA has plenty of options.
