"Very nice Spa & golf Hotel. We did not use the golf, but the Swimming Pool Area at both pools are very nice.
We have been in this Hotel some times now, and the hotel is generally good.
This time the service at the small Hotel Pool was bad, and after in the first time not to get a table at Lunch, we waited 50 min for the food.
The Service at the Big Bio Pool was super, and her they had a very good service.

is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely.
Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍"

"Amazing hotel and very friendly staff and reception staff who gave us lots of pointers of where to visit with maps etc. so clean and quiet (request a quieter room and they upgraded us to a ground floor overlooking pool).

"On the whole, a great hotel to stay in as a base for a Lake Garda holiday! Hotel is clean and staff friendly. It's a shame that the pool and pool area was not working and could not be used, but it was repaired on our last day, so that's just unfortunate timing
