. The guest services were wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Beautifully gardens surrounding a beautiful church and monastery. We loved the on site restaurant and the beer was made on site as well and delicious!!! Looking forward to coming back next year. "

"The Charles Bridge Palace Hotel is so beautiful and in an incredible location within walking distance to all the sights. The staff are a little “direct” lol but helpful. We stayed in room 314 which was a huge corner suite overlooking the river near the Charles Bridge. The room had a tv with several English speaking channels, a separate walk-in closet with a safe, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was large although the shower was a struggle as it was like showering in a phone box...

"Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience."

"If you want a quiet and comfortable sleep, this hotel is your place. Next to the monastery and a park with a cafe that has a grand view of the city. Fresh air. Walk downhill to the bridge. #22 tram back if walking up undesired. Very helpful and professional staffs. Highly recommended. "

"This is an amazing hotel and right next to the Charles bridge. We had a gorgeous top floor room with beams and a view of the bridge and river.
