I stayed for 9 nights while attending a conference in Incheon at the Convention Centre. Hotel was clean, safe,perfectly located for easy walking access. But there were no food options at the hotel. The cafe only opened at weekends and there was no dining room at night. Breakfast was available but that is it. No tea of coffee other than a kettle in room. No glasses provided only two mugs. Staff at front desk had very limited English to recommend eating places nearby. I would stay somewhere else nearby with a cafe in future.

The property was beautiful, new, and convenient to the central park area and I enjoyed it very much. I would like to stay again. But the bathroom, tub and shower area has no place to put personal toiletries and no handle bars. It was somewhat dangerous because I had nothing to grab on while taking shower. I was also surprised to know that a taxi is the only way to get to the hotel from the airport. It would be a great if the airport bus transportation was available.
