Josef the concierge was EXTRAORDINARY! By far, the best thing about the hotel - kind, generous with his advice and help!!! We did have an issue with the bartender who was dismissive of us and didn't want to take our order, so we left. But the rest of the staff (especially Josef!) were wonderful.

Lovely stay for a few days
The hotel is beautiful and the staff offered many activities. Room cleaning was optional each day and gifts were provided each day you chose not to have it cleaned. The breakfast was delicious and there was a huge range to choose from. My one gripe is that the toilet paper was single ply. Which I found odd honestly in a 4 star hotel.
