"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far).
Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc.
Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

"Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue."

"Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed.
