Booked 2 rooms and both has no internet connection in the 6th floor nor telephone access.The staff are very accomodating and would try to help you. However, the room rate is not worth the price. Room beddings are not clean. No internet access on rooms only in lobby. Breakfast is no good options either.

I’ve traveled the world, and have stayed in my fair share of hotels/motels. I’ve stayed in hotels in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and England (United Kingdom), where I lived for many years. But of course, many hotels in the United States, where I’m from as I’m an American. I now live in the Philippines with my wife and 6 year old son. I hav3 stayed at the Narco Polo hotel and the Pinnacle hotel in Manila, which were excellent hotels to stay in. I would give the Big 8 Corporate hotel, in Tagum City a 5 STAR RATING, and recommend this hotel to anyone passing thru this area. This is one of the most clean, comfortable, reasonable price hotels I have been to in my life, so far. I’m 73 years old and I throughly enjoyed my stay here, at this hotel.

This place is a joke the biggest ball of crap ever Got a room with a queen size bed it was smaller the a full size bed my feet hung over bed this must happen a lot the had a extension peice to make longer I go into bathroom turn on the sink no water comes out i check the shower no water called front desk i guy came in he checked the water t wer ll me no water is coming out i told his that's what I said next day switch rooms no hot water reallly The food is good but the help needs help they bring me a warm beer and a cup of ice this was by the pool took two sips and i said I'm not going to pay for a hot beer on a hot day they said I'm paying for it i asked for manger she was good she took care of it The free breakfast is crap i told him that DON'T EVER STAY HERE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED AT
