From the moment we checked in Broky was amazingly helpful. He highlighted must see pleaces on a map and also saved things onto my phone for me. Also got us a room upgrade.
Rose was delightfully courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were kept smiling. Sorted out an airport transfer for us without us having to ask. She put the cherry on the cake with this hotel with her incredible hospitality and service. It was a pleasure to stay here.
