Great boutique hotel
Small boutique hotel right at the heart of Hanoi Old Quarters. Rooms well furnished but no outside views but hotel has a rooftop bar with a good panoramic view of the city. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended if you don’t mind not having a gym or swimming pool in the hotel.

A total gem in the French Quarter
After being dropped off by your bus, we walked into the hotel and my first thought was OMG please let this be the correct hotel. This was our 7th hotel on our Vietnam trip, which included a 5 star hotel in HCMC and this was our favorite. It is immaculately decorated (even their elevators are cute) very clean, and their large staff very very helpful. The location is conveniently close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The room was small but very clean and well appointed. They had a good breakfast in a well decorated dining area. We would not hesitate to come back. A great little hotel

We came here after couple days traveling in Ha Giang. It was a wonderful, beatiful spot near the Hoan Kiem Lake. My girlfriend liked it so much that she wants to come back and take wedding photos here. The best thing about the hotel was the service; it was beyond excellent and excelled my expectations. Our roooms were small but cozy and we enjoyed drinks on the Ciel Bar and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The hotel caters mostly to Westerns desire comfort and services. We won't be going to another hotel in Hanoi.

Beautiful hotel but noisy
The hotel is clean and luxurious. The staff area friendly and always making sure your stay is going well. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options available. Only problem with this hotel is the noise at night. Not from the outside, but from other guests. The walls are thin and there are windows in the rooms to the hallways. You hear everything, not only from the floor you’re on, but the floors above and below. The hotel also has speakers in the ceiling in the hallway that they pipe music through. The volume level is too loud. I had to call the reception at 10:30 PM to have it turned down. No reason for this music to be playing. The room was beautiful, clean, and always hot water.
