The hotel is amazing. Right near the airport with free shuttle service. It’s a brand new hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Even had a burger and fries. The proprietor spoke English very well and he helped us book a day tour, and arrange taxis for us. It is much nicer than any other airport hotel in the area. We were happily surprised. I DEFINITELY recommend it. We are from USA.

We landed in the late evening around 11pm . This hotel is near Hanoi international airport, the owner was on shift and came by to pick us up for a small fee, which was great since taxi drivers wouldn't drive us. We stayed for the night, the staff was very helpful, we were tired from our 17 hour flight, the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to my family and friends if they have to stay a night or two near the airport.
