Disappointing
The word "serviced" was lacking. The listing on hotels.com indicated the room included daily cleaning services. When I came back to my room on my first full day on Thursday, I was disappointed to have found my room wasn't cleaned. I called and requested to have my room serviced. The following three days, housekeeping did not come to service my room. It wasn't until I complained to the assistant manager that my room finally got cleaned daily. Also room service was not aware of the payment policies related to the type of room I had. Again, I had to have the manager address the issue. Then the air conditioning broke down in my room requiring them to transfer me to a different room and me to pack up all stuff. Once I got to the new room, I had to call and request them to provide toilet paper (none was in the room) and other bathroom essentials. The staff was responsive but it was frustrating to ask for items that should already be in the room (like toilet paper), and having strange people coming to your room. Each of whom kept asking if I was alone - a question a woman does not like being asked by male staff. It was creepy. Food wasn't that great either. Needless to say I will not be staying there again if I can help it.

Super generous staff and overall hospitality. Building is starting to show its age. Internet spotty at times. Had to move rooms 2x due to AC failure. Room Service forgot to submit an order once. Location is walkable to a large mall with shops and restaurant. Kitchenette was key (but missing some items, pots pans coffee maker, etc). Wished there was a hot tub too, however the pool area was nice and well maintained. Despite the blemishes the staff were extremely accommodating. I would return to Quest in the future! :)
