True to the brand...
True to the brand (Holiday Inn) the room was clean, bright, up-to-date and comfortable. Television channel line-up was somewhat limited and several of the movie channels would not load. There was also a problem with the key cards not allowing access to the 21st floor and I/we had to have the key cards reprogrammed several times. One of the staff told me that a number of guests on the 21st floor were experiencing the same problem, so maybe it was a computer "glitch"? Excellent buffet breakfast, though I recommend going early rather than after 0800ish as the items tend to dry out and choices become limited. One night we (wife and I) chose the dinner buffet and it was also very good. This is a great location on Samar Loop and the Ayala Shopping Mall is just a 5 minute walk away. Staff were pleasant and courteous. We (AM-FIL couple) travel to Cebu about every other month and will likely book with this hotel again. As a note, Mani Mogo Korean restaurant (all-you-can-eat BBQ) is within walking distance (Montage building, 2nd floor Arch Bishop Reyes Ave) and they have a fantastic selection of BBQ and side dishes.

Excellent staff and personel.
Excellent service. Missing transport airport to hotel and vice versa. I was in floor 20th my key card does not allow me to use elevator to visit my sisters and brother on the 21st accdg. to your desk personnel for security reason. Really but i can go to all rooms on 2nd floors to 19th.
