good overall
Cons:
1. They will only replace your sheets after 2 days of stay, and ours were already stained upon check-in.
2. Lavatory and washrooms for ladies were not working on our first day
3. Bathroom has no exhaust so expect it to be a little hot - don't stay too long or it will be like you have not taken a bath (just kidding)
Pros:
1. I love the little door and curtain style (like you were playing house)
2. Has a small nook for eating
3. We were able to check-in at around 12nn at no additional expense
4. Very accessible and right in front of the Fuente Circle
5. Slippers are provided! :) - love it!
Was told that towels and toiletries are not included but was not asked for any payment though upon check-out so don't know which really is which.

Not Impressed.
The place was tidy though. But here are my main comments on some of their "main amenities". One FD lady was so rude that when my husband asked for where the lockers are and she could not find the keys, she was throwing things in front of us. Its as if she doesn't like her job at all.
Main amenities
Free toiletries - when we got there we only got soap, because they said they ran out of shampoo. You could have just stated on your amenities part as "Free Soap" not toiletries because these are things we use in taking care of one's body, such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste etc.
Daily housekeeping - there is no housekeeping. Our sheets were not changed.
Free WiFi - supppppppppppper slow that we just opted to use our phone's data.
Air conditioning - THIS! It was suppppppppper hot outside plus their comfort rooms are like ovens. So I asked if it was okay to adjust the temperature of the AC
because it was set to 26 degrees Celsius, the first day the lady was kind enough to set it to at least 22 degrees. The next day it was set again back to 26 degrees, when I asked for it to be set lower another lady answered that they will not because she already turned on the other AC across which was also at 26!
THE REASON WHY WE CHECKED OUT ON THE 4th! Instead on the 5th.

Great location in Cebu near food markets and A shopping centre. Wifi doesn’t really work in the rooms and the water sometimes stopped so it was a bucket shower! I’d stay again though
