The room was great. More then expected. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there. Only issue we had booked for penthouse as there was an elevator and after day 3 elevator didn't work so we had to walk all those stairs. I do realize fixing it was out of the employees control so we can't say anything bad or negative about that. Overall I believe we had a great stay. Exactly what we wanted away from the tourist zone.

It was about 7pm. There was no staff, the door was locked when we arrived, no communication before, and no one answering Waht’s app phone calls and texting. We only had eSIM. We waited half hour there and luckily other clients walked by and help make a call to the host, finally got in.

The room was dirty, still had clothes and trash from previous people, walls and doors were brown with dirt when should have been white, no signal on the TVs, locks on doors and windows flimsy, some broken or about to break….. gentleman at the check in was pleasant but was gone early and wasn’t back till late morning…. The overall stay was good and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. However, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked, which was disappointing. While the alternative room was still open clean and comfortable, it didn’t have the specific features or layout we were expecting, like a loft bed we had anticipated for our 9 year old son. It would’ve been helpful to have been notified in advance or offered a choice. That said, the service was decent and the location worked well for our needs as we spent a majority of our time out exploring.

Not much has changed from previous stays at this property. The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to provide service when required. The area around is not a reflection on the property itself, because it is located in a residential part of the city. Management have attempted to maintain the property to a good standard, especially after the recent storm weather! Overall I chose this property because I have had long stays in the past, which had been comfortable, and the rates are very good.
