Nice weekend.
Really liked it here. Lovely view of the valley and town of Kingsbridge. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and a good selection to choose from. Had an evening meal too, which was also very good.

Great little room.
Room was small but very tidy, it had everything we needed. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but ok for one night. The view was amazing, high over other houses the countryside stretched for miles. Don’t book if you don’t like heights. Unfortunately there was something making a noise all night (heating, A/C, water) I don’t know what but it sounded like a heart beat all night long and kept me awake. Check in was super easy, the bar/ restaurant was clean and friendly. The breakfast was really good the staff very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was good for my short stay and the service was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again for short visit, although access to the rooms was via outside star=irs which might be an issue in the wet.

We have stayed here several times and the staff are service are always excellent. However, this time the heart seems to have gone out of the place. Our room was not serviced over the course of our four day trip. Bathroom had signs of mould and the bar often seemed to close early.

We booked here last minute on the way to holiday to Cornwall, with our two dogs, it was the lowest priced pub, so expectations were low, the room was as good as any pub we had stayed at, breakfast was included, the coffee was really good, the service was friendly…don’t be put off booking here because of the low price…
