Not quite a 5-star, but still very nice
The hotel tries really hard to get 5-star reviews on Google (give away free cake for the reviews). I like the spacious room (very good bed) and the onsen/sauna facility (open noon-2 am). The pool looks nice but it is not so practical with swimming and the traffic noise is quite loud. Gym also looks nice. Location is convenient for restaurants and bars.

The toileteries are low quality and really small sizes. There is no liquid soap. The AC can not refresh properly and the towels are clean but not tidy. Besides you habe a small bottle to refill rather than complementary water. It is ok but not a five star hotel.

Overall, it was great to stay in this hotel. I stayed for 3 days, the first day, the room was not made so i needed to ask the front desk for a new towel and shampoo refilling, and another thing is the wifi kept being disconnected and I had to log in the wifi whenever I am out from the room even in the hotel building. The staff was really kind and nice. I'd like to visit again if those points get better.
