Need to get what I pay for.
Before booking the property, the front desk told me the pool was heated. It was not. Breakfast buffet has sadly gone downhill. The kids still enjoyed the buffet. One of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds , but the beds wero only 2 double beds ,aking sleeping a bit croeded.

Hotel cómodo y amplio, pero con desayuno sencillo.
Hotel en general está muy bien. Está limpio, el estacionamiento está amplio. Tienen una tienda con varios artículos. La habitación está cómoda. La atención del personal es agradable. El internet es rápido y estable. La regadera desperdicia mucha agua. El desayuno estuvo muy sencillo. Había una salsa de guajillo y totopos quebrados. No ví verduras. El café estaba bien y en juego de naranja no es natural.

Para no volver a Celaya
Mi viaje a Celaya solo puedo describirlo como una experiencia que no quiero volver a vivir. El hotel cumple con lo necesario, la atención en recepción es muy buena por la señorita pero el joven del turno vespertino no conoce las reglas de servicio al cliente ni por asomo. El desayuno cumple apenas con lo básico, las habitaciones son muy confortables, el personal de limpieza muy amable y atento. Pero la ciudad lamentablemente vive en un estado de violencia altísimo que hace de lo peor estar ahí. Deje abandonadas dos noches porque no soporté estar más en esa ciudad
