Great experience in Fuji view hotel
Got a room with a lake view, but it was amaising and hypnotizing (we had foggy weather). The room was very big and comfortable (but twin beds, not one queen, which could have made the experience even better). The Onsen was great, and breakfast was superb!

Excellent stay
Was an excellent stay. The rooms were very spacious, although bathrooms in a plastic moulded shell let it down a little. Service and staff were superb. The onsen was amazing. Breakfast options were quite limited . The Japanese dinner was excellent, a little overpriced possibly but expected given the resort status and few other eating options close by.

An old hotel with gorgeous view, the main hotel door with Mount Fuji view. The breakfast is just so so. The room is big enough. Free shuttle bus to train station every an hour.

Hotel is extremely clean and gardens are beautiful. View of Mt Fuji is amazing. Hotel offers free shuttle to and back from town on the hour which is extremely convenient. Although the hotel offered free standard coffee near reception I would have liked the option to buy a latte coffee and lunch on site. There is nothing in between breakfast or dinner available.
