Reconsider
Such a great hotel, right price, right location, comfortable rooms and fast elevators. But stay after stay your staff absolutely ruin the experience - are you facilitating a workplace culture where customers are the enemy?
The attitude of not wanting to help at the front desk. The general disrespect of not answering the phone when trying to call for help. You request an item to your room and 30 minutes later it appears with the staff member smelling like their cigarette break (actually happened during multiple stays).
Your team don't want to be there, and they don't care for the customers. It ruins what is an incredible facility.
