By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, we had a king size bed which was stunning and there were 2 different really cool bars which we tried. The staff were friendly and both bar tenders in particular really looked after us. We want to come back again.

We stayed for one night for a quick stop by in Cheltenham and were totally drawn to the stylish and luxurious finish of the hotel. It’s a super cool destination right in the heart of Cheltenham with a real vibe over the weekend in its bars and restaurants. We opted for the smallest room type (cosy) which was beautifully decorated and kitted out with premium bedding and quality products. Although the room was sufficient for a night, our main comment was that there were not enough surfaces to put things on especially for two people and it was a little too compact. The staff were really helpful and we enjoyed being able to order breakfast to the room from the restaurant. Overall, we would stay again but probably upgrade to a better room.

Beautiful hotel
This hotel is stunning. I always generally book thought hotels.com but do feel you get preferential treatment if you book direct with this hotel and now no for next time. I booked the second room option up and it said separate bath and shower but there was no bath in our room.
