Lovely apartment - large kitchen/diner/seating area, lots of storage and a spotless bathroom. Ideal for a couple wanting self-catering accommodation. Just twenty minutes by public transport from the city centre. Great value for money.

Very convenient to the subway (U-bahn), Olympic Park very near for activities and walking. The kitchenette allowed us to cook breakfast, and get a quick start. Quiet, as long as windows are shut (railroad track adjacent to the building). They allowed free early check-in and luggage storage.

Vi var dĂ€r i fem nĂ€tter. Under denna tid gick ingen servicepersonal in i vĂ„rt rum och stĂ€dade eller nĂ„got, trots att vi bett om att Ă„tminstone tömma papperskorgen vid flera tillfĂ€llen vilket ej hĂ€nde. Mot slutet av vistelsen kĂ€ndes rummet dĂ€rför ej sĂ„ frĂ€scht. Toalettpapper fylldes inte heller pĂ„ utan det fick man be om i recensionen. En annan stor nackdel var lyhördhet. Grannar som festade i rummet bredvid störde tre av vĂ„ra nĂ€tter. Utanför fönstret dessutom en jĂ€rnvĂ€gsknut med tĂ„g som stannade till och gnisslade och lĂ€t högljutt dygnet runt. Det allra bĂ€sta var att kök med kyl, spisplattor, flĂ€kt, diskho och Micro fanns. Detta gjorde att kostnader kunde hĂ„llas nere pĂ„ semestern eftersom vi kunde köpa mat och laga sjĂ€lva vid behov. Relativt vĂ€l utrustat med köksporslin med mera. Fler hotell skulle ha detta! Fanns Ă€ven fast bord med tvĂ„ stolar, vilket var praktiskt. Badrum bra, men dĂ„ligt tryck i duschen SĂ€ngar ok, inga ”krusiduller” eller finesser utan bara en madrass pĂ„ ben utan gavlar. Kunde gĂ€rna kĂ€nts mer hotellig med sĂ€nggavel etc. Bra hyllor att lĂ€gga smĂ„grejer pĂ„ samt litet sĂ€ngbord. Personal ung och hjĂ€lpsam gĂ€llande information hur man tar sig runt i MĂŒnchen etc men mindre sĂ„ gĂ€llande stĂ€d. Mot slutet var de trötta pĂ„ oss och vĂ„r vĂ€djan om att tömma vĂ„ra papperskorgar vilket alltsĂ„ aldrig hĂ€nde. Ej heller dammsugning etc. Lite kĂ€nsla av studentkorridor och lĂ€genhet.

La rĂ©servation Ă©tait pour une chambre appart-hotel avec un lit double, nous avons eu 2 petits lits sĂ©parĂ©s de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de la piĂšce. Il manquait une fourchette et des rideaux a une fenĂȘtre. Nous vous donc rĂ©clamĂ© a la rĂ©ception , une personne est venue nous installer un rideau qui faisait la moitiĂ© de la fenĂȘtre et sur les 3 nuits passĂ©es pas de signe de la fourchette manquante! La vaisselle est plus que limitĂ© et correspond plus Ă  une chambre qu'Ă  un appart-hotel !!!!! Juste derriĂšre l'hĂŽtel des trains passent, la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons dormi les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, donc entre le bruit et la lumiĂšre, sans compter la literie vraiment limite, nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi. Nous vous payĂ© 365€ hors taxe et 48€ de parking pour 3 jours, la prestation ne vaut absolument le tarif et nous ne sommes absolument pas satisfait.
