I found the hotel to be clean, with good facilities and helpful staff. My German is pretty bad so I was glad to find that the staff were very comfortable speaking English. The buffet breakfast was nice with a good choice of food. FYI, the hotel staff clear up your used plates etc. from the table (I mention this because I was at first looking around for a place to put my dirty plates). You are also asked for your room number when you arrive at the breakfast, so don't forget it like I did. It's pretty handy for public transport, but if you like walking that's quite practical too. It took me about an hour to walk into the city centre, seeing some nice streets along the way (although the busy traffic made the walk a bit less pleasant).
