It was an impromtu mini trip to LA area, i made the reservation around 11p and finally got to the motel around 2a. I had paid for the room in full and had all documents yet the front desk said they had cancelled the reservation as a no show and at first kinda gave me the "well, sorry..." kinda attitude. A manager finally settled the issue. I was just semi tossed a room card with no envelope containing room number or wifi password just told me the rm number. Got to my room, they didnt issue me a remote and only one towel, no wash clothes or face towels or bath mat, just a towel. When i called the desk for the wifi, they hung up on me. After i went back to the front desk and got my remote and wifi password returned to the room to realize the temperature was not coming down in the room, the AC was broken. At that point i only had 7 hours to checkout and i was just over it so sweated myself to sleep. Bed was comfortable, room was newly remodeled (not the AC) and the bedding and my towel were very clean.
