Th room was amazing. Had a few issues up front but were fixed very quickly. The only flaw about my room is it was right above the restaurant and stage area and was very extremely loud until about 1 am everynight. The staff is honestly the best asset this hotel has to offer. Always kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I had a minor injury that I needed to have checked out at a local clinic - they could have just given me directions to the clinic and sent me on my way, but instead, sent a staff member with me to ensure I was taken care of.

The property is not maintained anymore. The towel rack in the room is broken, furnitures are faded and a lot of scratches. Infinity pool wood entrance is not in good condition anymore and a bit dangerous to tripped yourself while walking. The other Elevator is broken while other one is rusting already but All of the staff are very helpful and accomodating that makes you feel welcome everyday.

My experience in Uptown Hotel was terrible. There was cockroach’s on the floor. The water pressure in the shower barely worked. I felt like I didn’t feel clean after my shower. The bed was too tough causing me to have back and neck problems. The towels are poor quality. The only thing that’s good about Uptown Hotel is the location. Stay away from this hotel. It is very expensive and a terrible experience especially for the high paying price I paid for. I paid $1,300 for 7 nights just to experience a 1 star Hotel. I don’t recommend this place.
