Very Clean looking throughout; upon entering and all the way to the room. Very accommodating for my small, well behaved dog, and Andrew at the front desk was top notch, and very helpful. I will stay here again.

Pros:
Close to Camelback Ranch (for Spring Training games) and lots of shops and restaurants.
Comfortable bed and quiet room.
Cons: The breakfast was underwhelming. Perhaps they were understaffed but the food not was refilled, no utensils, cups for juice.

I have to give cleanliness 3 stars because even though the rooms were spotless, I was met with an overflowing trash can outside the front door. The trashcans in the breakfast area are too small and/or too few.
Parking was adequate but reduced due to a fence down around a construction area on the back half of the building.
The staff was friendly and professional and ready to resolve any issues.
The room was clean and comfortable.
My family and I enjoyed our stay and will make this our choice on future visits to the Phoenix/Glendale area.

Hotel was built in 2025. All nice amenities. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was the usual Continental type. They ran out of yogurt though one morning and that was around 8:00 am. We were concerned about the elevators being across from our room but didn’t hear anything from that direction but did hear a dog barking just one evening. Parking was easily accessible to where our room was. The hotel was close to Camelback Ranch which is mainly why we visited Arizona.
