The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The room was dirty the bathroom sink was blocked and upon arrival i was charged an extra 20% for paying in cash. I was also told if i paid by debit card a further 5% charge would be added!!! The rooftop pool and terrace have very much seen better days and after a 28 day stay, to not have bed linen changed is pretty bad even for Mexico

La habitación olía mal, el colchón y almohadas tenían bolas, las toallas estaban demasiado viejas con hoyos, la regadera estaba mal, el lavamanos estaba taponeado, no había jabón para manos. No había estacionamiento como se ofrecía en la página. No hay elevador, la alberca está descuidada.

Se nota que si la ropa de cama no está sucia o manchada ni la cambian ya que huele a humedad y grasa, el lugar está decente, buena ubicación y la única persona que vi trabajando ahí fue la de recepción, fue amable, la presión de agua en la regadera es horrible, el lugar necesita mantenimiento en general, por el precio no está mal pero la estancia podría ser una mejor experiencia.

Doy 2 estrellas, por el personal amable y porque a habitación estaba limpia, pero muy desagradable que son muy codos y solo te dan una toalla y la política es que te la cambian solo al dia siguiente. Así que si te quieres meter a la alberca, y luego bañarte, pues te secarás con tu toalla mojada de la alberca. Inverosímil que no den toallas de alberca y playa en un lugar de playa y que tengas que usar la misma con la que te bañas. Por otro lado, te ponen un cuarto de papel de baño, no se que hacen con lo demás, pero muy ahorrativos en eso también. Yo me lo acabña y no me repusieron, osea que yo tuve que comprar uno. Porfavor, cuestan 10 pesos los rollos de papel de baño, auméntele 10 pesos a su precio y tengan la decencia de poner un rollo completo al menos. La caja fuerte era pequeña, ligera y estaba despegada de la pared...cualquiera podría llevársela de tan pequeña y ligera. no me diño confianza para dejar allí mis cosas. Su localización es frente a una casa con escaso mantenimiento, de alguien acumulador que tiene colchones, bicicletas, tubos etc en la entrada. Hace ver el barrio muy miserable y esa es la vista que tienes de tu balcón. Me robaron del balcón mis dos trajes de baño. Nunca hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Uno de los dias si salí a las 12pm, pero en la mayoría de los hoteles si hacen limpieza si te sales a las 12pm. Otro día salí a las 10:45 am y tampoco me hicieron limpieza. Las fotos se ven mucho mejor que la realidad. Jamás volvería allí.

The bed was huge & the air conditioning was good. However, I realised my sheets hadn't been changed from the previous people! There was hair, pubes, & crumbs in the sheets, & the pillows smelled like a man and a woman's different perfumes. I was too tired at night to complain, so I just slept in the sheets anyway. I tried to have a daytime nap but there was some kind of construction work in the building during the day, very loud jackhammering. I also wasn't aware there was a pool or kitchenette or anything until a few weeks after I was there. The staff could have been more descriptive when checking in or talking about amenities

La habitación numero 13 fue la peor, ya eh hido con anterioridad a este hotel pero esta vez fue terrible, la habitación tenia una fuga en la regadera la cual estuvo goteando toda el dia y en la noche el baño se lleno de una peste a drenaje por lo cual mi pareja y yo no dormimos comodos ya que el olor era insoportable

En general está muy cómodo el lugar y muy bien ubicado. El único "pero" que le pondría es el ruido que se escucha por lo mismo de que está justo casi en la avenida. El personal muy serio, no te saludan de manera amable ni cordial, eso es algo esencial como servicio al cliente.

Espere más de 30 min porqué No encontraban mi reserva porque la recepcionista no puso atención a lo que le mostré y confirme, si tenían mi reserva. Me iban a dar una habitación sin aire acondicionado porque esa tenían de la categoría reservada, como no acepté me dieron otra diferente en la cual el Control de TV sin pilas, no la pude usar porque no me pudieron solucionar. No informan como conectar a wifi. Baño sucio con cabellos. Cobija de cama y almohada sucias.
