The property was in good condition The only thing is the parking could have been a better situation. A lot of people travel by car and having to pay $50 a night just to park on the street is a little ridiculous having it valet parked. The breakfast was alright, the days we had it, the main course was a little too dry. Other than that, everything else was good, especially being downtown close to the event we were attending.

My stay here was excellent all round from walking into check in and valet parking, everyone were helpful and accommodating, my room was perfect and quiet clean also. I enjoyed the wonderful margarita and the friendly barman who I also saw at breakfast and remembered to ask how the concert was from the night before, I can’t remember his name, also a shout out to Michelle and Vick at the front desk and to Silas at the valet parking

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was hard pressed to find ANY discrepancies with the room, property, or otherwise. When booking I did not notice that valet parking was the only parking option and was caught off guard upon arrival. But with the downtown location it actually was beneficial and worth the cost. The venue for our concert was literally right across the street and there were numerous restaurants, coffee shops, etc within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We paid $46 a night for valet parking because they didn’t have any onsite parking available. Downtown Phoenix street parking was limited to 2 hours so we were forced to park and pay valet.
