Check in staff gave me a wrong type of room. I booked a 46 square meter suite. They gave me a 29 square meter room and told me it’s Hotels.com who posted wrong information about the room. Discrimination for sunbeds at Hilton
When you want to enjoy sunbeds at the pool they have a few for free (where you maybe need to wait for 1h to get one) and some where they force you to spend 40€ per person on shisha or cocktails. Imagine you are a pregnat woman/ sober/ or enjoy healthy life you cannt stay there. Absolutly ridiculous and makes a discrimination enviroment. Overpriced hotel and not really worth it.

We were only there a few days. Pool area was great. The beach was super close. We ate dinner every night across the street. Great sized room as well.

The Hotel and Rooms were nice. The only thing I did not like is when they tried to charge me twice for the room. One time was for the room checking out and I told the Hotel clerk that I already paid through Expedia and he said you are right, sorry about that. Now after I left Spain, my credit card was charged again-disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Unfortunately we were not able to get our room until 5pm on check-in day. Front desk staff were unorganized and do not have the proper technology in place to check whether rooms have been cleaned or not. Pool staff made us wait all afternoon for lounge chairs - writing down our room number wrong twice.
