There was no heater in the room. Got a small portable heater, plugged it in and tripped the breaker. Our room and the one next door were on one breaker. Tripped 3 times. Couldn’t use heater. Ended up packing up and leaving at midnight

Check in was at 11:30 I arrived around 12:45 and there was a sign to come back at 2:00 pm when I came back the room was still not ready so I had to wait until it was ready. When we got in the room we were suppose to have a queen size bed and were given a full size. The door was hard to get into the room and me and my husband had to try for a good 3 minutes just to get in the house maintenance lady then advised us the door gets stuck.

We had a nonsmoking room on the first level, unfortunately, the designated smoking area was right outside our door, so people sat on the bench and steps in front of our room smoking and talking. The window would not lock and could be easily removed by lifting it out of the track, making the room completely unsecure. Thankfully, the manager was able to move us upstairs to a more secure room.

Nice clean room. Bed was firm but comfortable. One of the nicest Motel 6 we have stayed at. Right next to everything. The other good ones have been the one in Santa Barbara south by the beach. I would stay here again mainly because we travel with our 12 lb Maltese mix and they don’t charge extra for dogs to stay.

Perfect location to the beach, great view of the beach, walking distance to main street with all the shops and great dining. Price was very fair considering how close it was to the beach and compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels around it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall great experience!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was good. The proximity to the ocean is the top reason we liked our stay. However, the area was very noisy. You have to leave the windows open for airflow so you can hear all of the outside noise. The cops were dealing with some one in the hotel until 3am and just when it felt like it got quite the daily activities began. Take ear plugs and a fan.
