No matter who we came across or requested something from they all had the best customer service and always smiling! The gum was amazing! The only downfall was the pool only had a small section open due to being under staffed with lifeguards.

My stay was amazing , the only downfall that I thought was a mishap was the checkin time , cause when you fly into Las Vegas in the morning , why do we have to wait all the way till 4pm check in . It was hot and some of us had no where to go I understand you can sit by the pool but you want to get to the room and change ect ! Overall great property

Hotel staff were great! Very attentive, texting each day to find out how our stay was going. I was surprised that there was no daily maid service. Maybe I just needed to ask for it. No big deal. Bed was very comfortable! Everything we needed was provided in the room. Great price on the room.

However, while the rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere, they fell short in terms of cleanliness, with noticeable dust and uncleaned surfaces. The pool area offered a fun, relaxing escape, complete with lounge chairs and vibrant surroundings. Unfortunately, a few of the pools were closed for maintenance during our four-day stay, which limited our options for swimming and leisure activities.

Overall good!

It was a great spot for a reasonable price for a family of five. The rooms were really nice and spacious, pools were great but it was inconvenient that they weren’t all open and closed at 8. Do not get sucked into their vacation club timeshare meeting, we got sucked in for 2 hours and when we said no thank you more than 10 times the guy was a total jerk and ripped up our papers in front of us and stormed off. It was unbelievable and rude!
