A very nice hotel in my favourite district in Prague. It is away from the crowded touristy zones, but still it is very easy to reach the center with the trams which stop right beside the hotel. The main train station is just 2-3 stops away with trams.
My room was clean and looked elegant with a huge and very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was amazing, lot of options to choose from, including hot (baked beans, sausages, scrambled eggs) and cold items, and everything was available and replenished quickly. There were even cakes and waffles available for breakfast!
My room was absolutely quiet, no noise came from anywhere.
As it seems to be an old building, the electrical sockets are at inconvenient places, and I had to unplug the lamp to be able to use the kettle for making coffee (coffee and tea are provided in the room which is very nice)
The pillows were very uncomfortable for me, but as the bed was very comfy, it did no bother me much.
Overall, Hotel Carlton is an excellent choice, and I would be happy to stay here next time I visit Prague.
