Mixed review...just short of excellent.
Very functional hotel with great availability of services. Prompt and reasonable priced food and beverages at hotel lobby bar/restaurant. Very attentive staff. Access to the tram to take us directly into the center of Prague was just a couple of stairs away. Parking was ample and secure.The only thing I found that was not excellent was the room decor. The room decor was very modern bordering on harsh. Very functional, but not warm or inviting. The sitting room/second room in the suite was akin to a detention cell.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bright colours and modern interior. Nice staff, particular the staff in the restaurant ♥️ regrettably the freeze in the room did not work, and it didn't help to inform the reception about the problem. Otherwise a lovely hotel which I want to revisit.
