First time we stayed, it was fairly quiet. This time we were on opposite side and it felt like you could hear everything! People in the other rooms, people walking by, all the street noise, etc. Overall, it’s a basic motel/hotel and serves its purpose for Disneyland. The free parking is a huge perk when we have a car! I do wish there were blackout curtains. I like darkness when I sleep and the shutters let light through. For this not needing the super expensive hotel rooms, this is a good and safe choice. I’m pretty picky and would stay here again and again. Would just hope for a quieter space, but you can’t control all the noise

Free parking and early check in time
I've stayed in many Disneyland area hotels/motels and this will be a good affordable one to keep in the rotation. Their standard check in time is early at 2pm, which is very convenient when you want a place for a mid afternoon park day nap. The walk to and from the park wasn't too long and felt safe, plus the Walgreens is nearby if you need to pick something up. Parking being included was key as we had a car during this trip so it didn't feel like there were hidden fees. Breakfast is the basic packaged muffins and banana but it's something. Room and bathroom were clean and though the heater is loud, it was great for white noise.

Cute little hotel
I was very pleasantly surprised by how great this little hotel is. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect. Breakfast is a continental breakfast but has enough food including oatmeal, pastries, granola bars, fruit coffee and hot chocolate. Lots of restaurants walking distance away and close enough to Disney to walk if you want to. I would stay here again :-)
