Hotel is very del located, near the airport. Room was very clean. Airport shuttle arrived promptly after I reported that I had landed. All personnel was very friendly. I definitely will stay here again.

Property in general is OK however the hotel is way lower vs Fiesta Inn standard. This looked extremely basic more similar to an ONE type holet. All that said, is very well located and shuttle service is very convenient for an airport need.

It was good except no shuttle come and pick me up from hotel. You need to reserve it days before. Chatted with agent from hotels.com. Telling me they don’t provide the service. So I got a text. But at least hotels.com gave me compensation for the inconvenience. I did call the hotel before flying out but no one answered the phone. But I was able to get to the airport from hotel with their shuttle after staying overnight.

The property was beautiful—almost new facility, inviting atmosphere, and convenient shuttle to the airport. However, the bulk of the staff needs training as they aren’t customer conscious or attentive. My guess is that they have never worked in the service industry. The shining star was the morning attendant who made omelettes/tortillas/eggs-to-order. She should be running and training for the entire facility. She was warm, intelligent, gracious, and service-oriented. I would return because of HER and condition of the facility but the rest of the staff needs serious training and constant supervision.
