Must stay in Asakusa
This hotel is incredible!!! Perfectly located in Asakusa, extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us, delicious breakfast. The room was spotless, authentic, and very comfortable. The bidet and toilet were next level and we enjoyed soaking in the outdoor tub. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo!

Wonderful stay and great location!
A great stay. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. It is a firm mattress and fairly firm pillow but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is about 10 minutes from the temple and Asakusa station which is actually good since it was quiet and peaceful. It’s across the street from Sumida park which as great views of Tokyo Skytree and Skytree itself is about 15 minute walk. The breakfast has both western and japanese style and was delicious!

Good but small
Pros: the location was fabulous. We really enjoyed spending time in the Asakusa neighborhood. The staff were lovely and kind. The breakfast was super tasty and there was a lot of it.
Cons: it's a very, very small room. Smaller than you're thinking! We arrived off the plane and went straight here and it really wasn't an ideal space for a family recovering from jetlag.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a cool vibe close to Sensoji temple and lots of great cafes and restaurants along the river. It was a cool Japanese style room with a great Japanese style bathroom. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It’s a little bit of a walk from Asakusa station but it has a great view of Tokyo tower and allows you to get away from the business of Asakusa. Tub and room was amazing for a Tokyo hotel. They even provided bath salts to use.

Beautiful place to stay that’s close to Sendai temple and kappabashi street. A really nice chance to experience a ryokan style stay in Tokyo. The partially outside bath was outstanding. Our room also had a view of sky tree which was so beautiful at night. Would stay here again for sure!

This was one of our favourite hotels in our trip to Japan. The room was very comfortable and the onsen was lovely. Staff were kind and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the only benefit I got from this VIP hotel, as a gold-tier member was early check-in, but wasn’t offered a room upgrade or the complementary bottle of sparkling wine listed as a benefit.

Hidden Gem in Tokyo
I have been to Japan several times and the Asakusa area where this hotel is located is my favorite. The location is perfect, the service excellent and the rooms are clean. I would definitely stay in that hotel again if the opportunity presented itself.

I thought this hotel was beautiful and clean and quiet which is exactly what I needed in that moment. Unfortunately I did not get to spend enough time in the area as I was just spending one night and then to the airport the next day but if I come back I will stay here again.

The best place we stayed at in Japan. Perfect little rooms (except the automatic light that turns on if you so much as roll over in bed), great staff, excellent breakfasts, great location.
