Room Did not actually sleep 5 people
We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children that advertised that it could sleep 5 people. We put in the ages of our children, 16, 13, and 11. When we arrived, the hotel said we only had two queens. This wasn’t surprising to me because we often have rooms with two queens that also have a sofa seating area or pull out couch. This room did not have adequate sleeping for 5 people. When talking with the hotel about it, they let me know that this is a hotels.com problem because of how they advertise. They advised me to stop booking through hotels.com and book directly with the hotel. How can hotels.com prevent this from happening again?

We had to cancel the same day as check in due to a family reason. The rules do say that you don't get a refund. However many hotels do. Hotels.com was very supportive and helpful. The hotel, however, never called me back. Two messages were left. I called the hotel, was given voicemail, and the manager never called me back.

Would definitely stay here again. Newly renovated King Suite was above and beyond my expectations. Very spacious. Property has restaurants and a bar, plus is located easily off the highway and around shopping and more restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
