The Worst Customer Service
Unfortunately the customer service of both Hotels.com and this facility were very poor. We were stuck in Dallas due to a snowstorm. While attempting to book the hotel, the app stopped working and did not initially provide me with my confirmation. I thought the booking did not go through and went and made another reservation. However, I was charged both. I attempted to resolve this with the hotel staff who told me they would inform their manager. I received no follow up. I attempted to message the property and address it through Hotels.com. Being stranded while traveling is already scary. But to consider that these types of entities will take the chance to gouge every penny they can get is even more unsettling.
