Convenient but could use a refresh

Hotel resolved an issue that Hotels.com was unwilling to. Staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Hotel staff replaced a non working tv remote promptly. Hotel could use an update. Wall paper in room falling down. Coffee maker in room looked dirty (did not use). Lobby furniture is in need of reupholstering or replacement. Two of the three elevators not functioning. Holiday inn logo behind front desk appeared to be missing or had broken letters.
