The big let down
The tv in the restroom, the lights on the headboard and the phone in the room did not work. We complained and they sent someone up. Someone came to fix the tv and it worked 20 mins. Nothing else was fixed. Went to the front desk the next morning to voice our concerns. They offered to switch our room. No need for that because we stayed one night. That should have been the offer the day before. They gave us a 50 dollar credit. Also when we were leaving we followed the valet instructions to get our car. Is supposed to take 15 mins. After waiting 30 mins we still have no car. When i talked to valet they couldn't find the car in they system. I showed the txt confirmation and they still seemed to be confused. After 40 mins we finally had our vehicle. We paid for the experience for a weekend getaway and we were let down.

Excellent Stay-cation
Always enjoy our stays at Omni for a staycation in downtown Dallas. Area around hotel has increased in number of homeless folks roaming around, but the area around the hotel is very safe to walk around with the kiddos. There was a knocking noise in our room that was annoying. Otherwise, our stay was great. Enjoy breakfast at Texas Spice. Also, the front desk staff that helped us throughout our stay was very friendly and great to work with. Can’t wait for our next stay again at the Omni.
