It was 30 outside and the air con stopped working, there was rain getting through the ceiling all over the tiled floor. I paid more than double for a junior suite i complained and receptionist tried to give me a small very poor room with no water and said i couldn’t have any refund. Written on the wall says hotel policy no refund given, that is a bad advertisement

This property is really nice for the price. I would stay there Again. The pool is Little small but very clean. The room was big, bathroom was clean with some upgrades. The table on the patio was not Kennett and only 1 chair. The doors to the position were very hard to open. The staff were very nice and acclimatinh . Over all it was a nice hotel to stay. Oh and breakfast was included

It is located next to Drink point which is a club that opens at 8pm and closes at 2am. My room was on the club side and was hard to sleep. There was a few ants that were traveling through my room. I did feel very welcomed there. The staff was very nice and made me feel like family. I loved the restaurant connected to the place next store. I would stay there again if I have the chance. It is a good price. I would just request the other side of the hotel which I’m sure is less noisy.

Place had no running water, the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. It has bed bugs and roaches. The customer service was great, though.

Nothing like the photo of the property. For the price maybe it is not so bad. The wifi doesn’t really work. Loud club noises come from at least 3 different places nearby. You won’t be able to sleep. If you need a roof for a night, get this.

the room they gave me the smallest room, even the toilet seat they have sink next to it you can not even fit it was disaster. their windows weren’t even closing you can’t sleep non stop music cross the street, cuz windows don’t even close the sound was horrible. every 2-3 hours waking up and trying to sleep!

The receptionist was so rude during my sejour. I do not understand why the change rate was against the ameican dollar. she said first us dollar. When I asked about the change that she gave me and I said I will pay in dollar she was not happy. I am not sure I will be back. I came several times before that incident.

I regularly travel solo and don’t expect much from cheap places but. The ad blatantly lied about the distance from the beach. It’s a 40minute walk or 10 minute drive. Drink point is next door and plays music so so so very loud I couldn’t sleep at night until 6am. Only let you pay cash because you can’t get any refund from them. My door knob would come off if pulled on. The staff except a few seemed to not care about being polite. I got robbed next door at a club that is really a brothel. The whole place is mainly used for sleeping with escorts. If you like prostitution this place would be perfect but for a nice beach trip I’d avoid.

É um hotel simples. O ponto alto foi a cama super confortável. Banheiro com instalações limitadas. Café da manhã básico, com ovo, mas Sem frutas. Piscina não usei mas parecia bem limpa. Faz barulho a noite pq tem uma boate do lado. Pra quem busca conveniência de compras e restaurantes pode ser uma boa. Praia pra ir precisa de uma caminhada boa.
