2/10 Poor

We arrived hotel Acantilado in Tehuamixtle. Jalisco and the hotel informs us there are no rooms for us. We are 3 hours out in the middle of nowhere and it will be dark soon. I am thinking going to have to sleep in my car. So they now tell me that I can have a room for tonight, but it is not the room I paid for. I have only a place to sleep for tonight. We have an Expedia confirmation number, the reception is telling me there is no reservation. The reception told us to wait for the manager to come and talk to us and she never came. The next morning I went down to see if they found a room somewhere as we were told the night before and they called the manager and she came and told us we had to leave, so we did. I honestly do not believe that Expedia did not have a reservation. I have traveled with Expedia for a lot of years and this is the first time this has happened. My weekend was pretty much screwed up and I am a little stressed. This is not what I had planned to drive 6 hours and only be able to stay one night. The Hotel is probably the best in the area and the staff are great, I have stayed there before, but after this experience I am not happy with management and I want an apology from someone for ruining my quiet relaxing weekend in these stressful times.
