This is one of those reviews where one needs to set the record straight for all the false advertising and positive reviews. Hotel room maids never change sheets and pillow covers. Everything smells. Elevators don’t work. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. The spa is ridiculously expensive as if you are in Beverly Hills top-notch spa minus the spa results and ambiance. The food is bad and the service is just horrible. Very far from the downtown area and they never care to service the client properly.

Very family friendly, however, this is one hour away from puerto Vallarta and it’s not always easy or cheap to get rides into puerto Vallarta. If you plan on spending a majority or all of your time at the resort this one is definitely worth it!

First time staying here. Excellent staff and service. Lots of activities for the kids and adults, too. Food selection was excellent having different cuisines every night. Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended.

The amenities and activities were great, staff was mostly great- especially the Kids club staff and pool staff were wonderful. The facilities are dated and need attention.

This is a four star resort. Our least favorite part was the room. Small and dirty. The rest of the property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We never left the hotel! We are beach people, and the beach was absolutely perfect! Nice waves, perfect temperature and safe for our 7 year old. Food was very decent and plenty of options.

The rooms have bugs. The AC is not cold enough. We had a power outage and the room was so hot. The pool has bugs. And there was a horrible fight at the hotel and no ambulance or police showed up until an hour later. There is no security at this hotel and we felt completely unsafe.
