Trying to be 5 Star, Only Managing Three Stars
Room was dirty: stains on box spring covers, bathtub stains, windows dirty, floor not vacuumed well. Checked in around 3pm, kids and I were starving. We went downstairs to the hotel restaurant, waited several minutes by the sign which stated wait here to be seated. Ignored by staff for several minutes until someone said they were closed. Odd because several tables had active patrons dining. We asked if there was another restaurant open, told no. Ended up having to make a food/drink run to convivence store. Service at Sushi restaurant was not much better. Was charged for containers for left overs. Paid 5k Yen for an hour of swimming for my two small children and I. Not 4 or 5 star.

Stayed for DisneySea. Excellent service. Rooms are larger than typical Tokyo rooms. Very clean. Resort district so there aren’t any stores or restaurants within walking distance. There is a small convenience store and 2 restaurants inside the building though

Great hotel
Great experience overall. Friendly staff, nice room (spacious and comfy) and convenient location (4 min walk to Disney monorail, then 10 min ride to DisneySea). Hotel looks actually better in real than on the pictures. Nice indoor swimming pool too. A couple of restaurants are located inside the hotel, as well as a convenience store (very helpful!). Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel and great breakfast buffet. Only 2 complaints—beds are too hard and the temperature in the hotel was too warm. We turned the heat off and it still was too warm—we slept with our heat completely off and the patio door open in order to be comfortable and not sweat. Great location and 6 minute walk to monorail station.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B. We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you.

Convenient stay for Disney
It was a very quick one night stay so that we could easily get to Tokyo Disney Sea. The room was fine for this purpose however it would not have been comfortable for an extended stay since the room is pretty small for a family of 4. There wasn’t enough room for all the luggage and the bathroom is very tight. The room was clean and updated I believe so that was nice. The staff were very helpful in storing our luggage while we went to Disney and helping us to get transportation to our next hotel after. I would stay here again if going to Disney, but would not have 4 people share one room.

Great location
Beautiful hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. Recommend checking in before you return from Disney as it is busy in the evenings. Hotel staff have difficulty with English BUT are so great to communicate with by using a translator so we can understand each other. Great location for Disney whichever park you choose. Can walk from the monorail station or by resort shuttle from the monorail. The room is spacious too and everything is so clean.

Nice location for the theme parks nearby, and easy access via a dedicated rail line. Rooms were clean and suitable, but the beds are quite firm. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel so dining options weren't great, so had to venture out for food. In saying that, there is a nice convenience store in the lobby area. Overall nice hotel.
