Hotel super tranquilo y seguro pero le falta mantenimiento el aire de las habitaciónes NO funcionan . Varias veces hable para que verificaran y nada desde que llegue le informe que por favor una habitacion con buen aire por mi condicion de salud. Es lamentable por que sus empleados super amables y los lugares de comida son accesibles . El clima es caliente y uno desea al llegar a la habitaciòn descansar y no se puede por que los aires no enfrian y el area de la picina necesita mantenimiento rush.

We like the resorts, but when we got there the room had some problems and we reported a few times, before they do anything, also was anniversary and they know! Next day I spoke to Miguel at the front desk and hi make something nice by sending some fruits and champagne to the room, room air conditioning needs some repairs and bathrooms.

Safe and convenient all adults resort with interesting dining options and excellent beach. We stayed in the building #5 room, closest to the beach and pool. The resort is small and walkable. Beach service does not exist. The buffet restaurant is the best for breakfast and lunch. We have got a great support from the front lobby reception staff. Thank you Princess!

Our entire group contracted E.coli. we spent more time in the bathroom than the beach. The servers at the buffett rately got water to the table before we finished eating. Sometimes I got up to get it myself from their tray. the beds were super hard, and the air conditioning would not go below 77 degrees fahrenheit. This was the worst vacation to the DR we have ever had.
