Good for the money. But I got a deal.
The Hotel definitely needs an update and an upgrade. The rooms need to be cleaned better, especially the bathrooms. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but managed. The water didn’t stay hot. But the Breakfast was really good.

Clean but old
The hotel was fine, but old. It was as clean as it could be, but the age is starting to show. Rust marks around vents and drains, tub had been patched, and carpet was old. It smelled really stuffy and the beds need to be replaced. It was ok for what we paid for, but don’t expect much. The staff was nice and helpful.

Not good for a holiday
This wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at in the San Antonio area. Our first room had a toilet that squealed and was leaking. They moved us to a different room, and that one had more problems. The bed sagged in the middle and the shower head was clogged and had no water pressure. One of the elevators was down during a busy holiday weekend, so it took about 45 minutes to try and get down during checkout. We gave up on the elevator and dragged our bags down the stairs. There is only 1 staircase that you can use because the other is blocked by a sleep study area. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay there again. Breakfast was okay but it is not environmentally friendly and extremely wasteful. STOP using styrofoam plates and cups! We are at a time when this should have already changed!

Great stay
The lady at the desk got me checked in a little earlier than the check in time, at my request. The room was very spacious, allowing some of my family to visit and spend time together very comfortably on the couch and chairs.

Will stay again!
Hotel was nice, in a good location. Room was comfortable and clean. I just wish the tv was a little more updated so we could’ve used streaming apps. We stayed in so that would’ve been cool, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Staff was also friendly
