I was concerned that the Hotel definitely does not meet the standards of any La Quinta property that I have stayed in. $25 per night to park your car, sack breakfast (muffin, orange, granola bar, water) are you serious? For the price charged by this unit, parking should definitely be free and the breakfast definitely should be better. I have 6 people, 2 rooms and the bathrooms were stocked for 2 people only. When was the last time this room had the carpet cleaned? Bottom line... Better rooms and service at a Motel 6 than here, for 1/4 the price..
Overall it was good, it is located in a good place, clean, and good service. The only problem is that we were told that breakfast was from 6am-9am, we went at 8am for breakfast and they had 4 coffee makers and all of them were empty. We asked someone if they could make coffee and they said that that was all the coffee left. There was only hot water and bottle waters. But many of the customers complained also about the coffee. We totally understand that due covid the breakfast service is different, it’s basically to-go, but no INE wanted to refill the coffee machines.
Upon check in the front desk ladies were very nice and friendly. Room was adequate, although there was a coffee maker in our room but no coffee supplied. The next morning for breakfast was fine accept the lady attending the breakfast area had an attitude. She filled muffins and granola bars but when told there was no coffee at 8 am she ignored us and went back behind from desk and left me and 4-5 guests standing there waiting on coffee that wasn’t even being made. No coffee I. Room and none at breakfast area during breakfast hours.
Check-in was super easy and fast with friendly service. The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned(hair in the tub, sink, and the floor had a couple small rubber bands and dirt). The shower didn’t work properly(lever didn’t work, so hardly any pressure through the shower head).
Hotel room was very outdated for the price...I could of stayed at a much nicer place for the price...night front desk clerk was rude and double charged me...didn’t get my refund till 2 days later...I won’t be staying at this hotel anymore...😆

Never received my $75 refund. I was dropped off at the hotel, did not leave car in garage.
Staff wasn't the friendliest when we checked in at around 12am. There were 3 people behind the desk and not one person greeted us. While checking in no one explained the new covid changes (i.e, no rooms being cleaned, have to get our own towels) we were "referred" to a sign because I guess he couldn’t take the time to verbally tell us. The room was not as disappointing as the staff but not great. The bathroom had no vent so anytime we took a shower the room stayed steamed until the door was opened. Because of this there was mold starting to grow on the ceilings and on the sides of the tub. Not very pleasant. Also anyone who took a #2 everyone else could hear and smell because of the lack of a fan. The closet doors didn’t close, there was no garment bag to throw dirty clothes in. We didn't choose to stay here, our original hotel overbooked so we were transferred here last minute through hotels.com and was just not happy with the hotel we got. Was kept on the phone for almost an hour trying to get transferred. So ridiculous!!!
