Room not cleaned for 3+ days
We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, free breakfast in the a.m. is pretty good. Staff are genuinely happy to see you and guide you. When we checked in I said it was ok to clean the room on the third day. I stopped at the desk on our way to dinner to take sure someone was coming to clean the room and bring towels. We got back to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned and garbage overflowing. There was a stack of clean towels on the sink. Not happy about no cleaning for 4 days. Happy about clean towels.

Great location and stay. A few suggestions.
We needed to be close to the airport to make a couple of early flights. This property met that requirement and most others. Updated charging ports (USB-C) is about the only item that was missing and that is true of most properties these days. Also the shuttle which is very appreciated did take a long time. Other brands seem to pass several times while we waited for ours.

My stay in the hotel
O hotel é muito bom instalações modernas limpas, funcionários prestativos café da manhã muito bom. Porém, muito barulho a noite com as chegadas e saídas de aviões e também o valor cobrado pelo estacionamento é muito alto.
