To begin with, some stupid and ignorant guy from the valet parking makes you feel so insecure and don’t know how to talk to people, he pretty much called me stupid. Train your people that are trainable and get ride of the garbage ones before someone lawsuit you for having one ignorant guy at the valet parking, he works at night, definitely easy to identify, thanks to a black guy that was there situation didn’t escalated, that guy he is very professional, not like that other dumb (Hispanic or white) little kid

Honeymoon trip
We spent a couple of nights for our honeymoon here to go to Disneyland and California adventure. The staff were all very helpful and the person checking us in offered us a room upgrade upon arrival. The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the room felt outdated, shower wasn’t the best. Otherwise, the look and service during our stay was perfect!
