"Nach Neueröffnung ist das Hotel natürlich super sauber und alles ist top. Vielleicht wären wir auch nicht die richtigen Sonnenstrand Besucher, wer dennoch ein bisschen Ruhe haben möchte, sollte definitiv ein Pool View oder Sea View buchen. Wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer gebucht, dieses geht zur Straße raus und ich unfassbar laut. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit der Rezeption und Managerin konnten wir unser Zimmer umbuchen. "The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"All inclusive package is 10/10 about food (really tasty, different kinds, no stomack issues but like 2/10 about drinks.... beer nor wine is drinkable.... really not good.... about "coctails" the same... like if want to go there to mainly get drunk and not be KO the next day this is not the place....but food was super :) The only negative was the cold on the room (I complained 2 times to the reception) once even some "technician came" and told that tge next day the heating will be working... "Lovely hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach and you don’t have to pay for the ones on the beach. Close to the nightlife but not right in the mix of it. We had a room upgrade at no cost and was beautiful with an en suite. Staff were real friendly. The man at the pool snack bar never seems to be not working and his service was excellent. The only down side I would say is the food isn’t great but plenty of choice each day and plenty of places close by to...

"Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout."

"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water.
