"This was our first time to this property. I felt like we were treated so wonderfully the whole time. People were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean...and kept clean the whole stay. The pools were clear and obviously clean. The beach area had no rocks...perfect swimming area. The food was very good. There were inside and outside food options. We loved the "specialty bar" that opened every night with a new signature cocktail. We couldn't have been happier with our stay."
"This is a well-maintained property and a beautiful location. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was adequate. Construction is a bit noisy. I and used to paying taxes when I stay somewhere, butwas shocked by the add-on costs of taxes, etc. to the tune of $100 per night. Just be aware if you stay here."
"I find that that bathroom could have been a bit cleanser. Also I was very shocked to see that the mini bar in the room was not filled with beverages. I was kind of disappointed with that since everywhere else I’ve stayed had a filled minibar daily! Also, at Le Cafe, the staff was extremely rude!! Please remove her from that bar and replace her with someone more pleasant. Her name was Shanwashi I believe. Overall that was my only bad experience which stood out. :)"
"My wife and I are in our mid-60’s and love the “adult” pool which is separated from the “family” (kids) pool by the hotel building. The room we booked was overlooking the family pool and the outdoor bar. This side of the hotel tends to be noisier at night. After we arrived and were checking in, we were able to upgrade our room to the opposite side of the hotel, which overlooks the adult pool and has a better ocean view. We also enjoy going to the hotel’s casino every night after dinner. "
